IMDB rating: 6.00 Plot: Alex (Geoff Bell, The Business) masterminds an ambitious plan to steal millions of untraceable cash that is stacked in the underground vaults of The London Exchange Bank, waiting for its last journey, Incineration. Lucky (Vas Blackwood, Lock Stock) Matty (Leo Gregory, Stoned) Terry (Johnny Harris, London to Brighton) Chubby (Paul Nicholls, The Trench) Norman (Justin Salinger, Hitler) and Jay (Robert Boulter, The Long Firm) make up his unlikely gang of robbers. Setting up their alibi, the gang check in for a flight and join in with thousands of England supporters that are part of a mass exodus to The World Cup Tournament in Germany. Instead of passing through to Departure Lounge, the gang head out to the car park, pile into a van and head for Central London where they spectacularly ram raid London Exchange Bank, blocking any exit for those caught up inside. But with an unexpected turn of events, their plan is hampered from the start and they are left with a whole lot more than just a bank robbery to deal with. They have twenty hostages inside and the Police have laid siege to The Bank. There are two and a half hours before their plane leaves, and seventy million pounds in hard cash to steal. what is most likely to happen to me?
I moved to London in 1997 where i was stabbed & nearly died, (i was never given/offered counselling), i then got into a abusive/violent relationship which went on for just on 3 yrs & i started to go off the rails, In 1999 i moved back to my home town for a while and was living in a hostel where i became very pally with another resident. about 2 or 3 days after xmas he asked me to walk to his girlfriends house and she asked me to go the shop, when i got back we left & went back to the hostel. A Couple of days later he came back from his mums and asked me to sell some games in some shop cos he was under age, so i did.Then about 3 weeks into the new yr i decided to move to london when in 2000 i was influenced into marrying an immigrant over in ireland after the wedding i came back to uk as i couldn’t go through with it, I DID NOT ATTEND ANY Home Office appointments or SIGN ANY IMMIGRATION/HOME OFFICE Papers I NEVER RECEIVED ANY PAYMENT, AS I LEFT BEFOREHAND, (I have not heard or seen him since) at the airport over here i was stopped by customs & was arrested for robbery of this girls house, i was taken to some police station where i was told i had a warrant for robbing games from this girls house and i had been identified by this girl & this lad, i asked for a solicitor about 1 hr later they put me on the phone to some woman claiming to be the duty solicitor, who when i asked to see her, refused to come and see me because i hadn’t been charged, i was then released about 3am (been there since daylight) & bailed to appear in liverpool, I got scared and went on the run,i know it was the worst thing to do. i have been looking over my shoulder for a very long time now and now i want to get this mess sorted out as i am getting older now and getting tired, due to this and being stabbed, i am suffering from depression, mental health issues, i dont leave my house that much, i dont keep friends, i’m paranoid constantly, i believe people are out to get/kill me, i cant hold a conversation, i get very bad mood swings, and that’s just to name a few, i want to get it sorted as i believe this is contrabuting to the above, but i am terrified of going to jail, i am convinced that they will see my running as an admition of guilt. shortly after running i started thinking if i done what i’m being accused of why did they only report the crime once i left the hostel (just on 3 wks later) & why didn’t the police come to the hostel, they told police they left me alone while they went the shop, well i’m sorry there is no way i would leave someone i had never met before alone in my house i dont care who they come with. but by the time i realised this it was to late and over the time its become harder for me to do. the thought of going to prison is unbearable as i know that i would not cope & believe i would be dead within days. what would happen, am i likely to be charged if so with what, if i went to jail how long am i likely to get and what cat prison would i go to. I have never been arrested since and have kept my nose clean would the courts take this & my circumstances into account? Can anyone answer me please
OK, im a little confused at the offence you were charged with.
In simple terms Robbery is stealing from a person using force. Burglary is stealing from a building you shouldnt be in, and theft is simply stealing.
If they suspect you stole from a house that you were left in by its occupants then you would have been charged with theft.
Whilst still a crime the severity of the crime in the case of theft is (in the most part) based on the value of the stolen goods. If it was a few games im assuming the value is low and so you would not have been looking at a prison sentence anyway unless you have alot of previous similar convictions.
The fact that you have remained out of trouble for so long would be used by a solicitor at court to show how stealing isnt in your character so this would help you out. It also would look good if you handed yourself in as opposed to being tracked down police.
That all said with the passing of such a long time you may find that the case was dropped. It is unlikely after 9 years that the victims would bother to attend court and that is assuming they can even be found by police.
If I was you I would visit a police station early in the morning on a weekday and explain to them that you think you are wanted for not appearing at court. A quick check on your name will show if they are still after you.
By attending in the morning will mean they can take you to court the same day and so you save yourself spending over night in a cell.
If you are lucky they will tell you there is nothing against your name and then you feel a little more relaxed.
It would be intresting to know if you are still wanted by police after so long. Please post an update if you do visit the station.

Whether in the UK or US…the best thing for you to do at this point is consult with a solicitor or attorney.
No matter which country…the solicitor won’t be able to help you until you are actually charged for an offense.
A solicitor will be able to discuss your unique situation with the prosecutor and most likely come to an agreement that will satisfy both prosecution and defense.
Who knows…maybe this theft issue never amounted to anything to start with.
I seriously doubt you’d be imprisoned but still having a solicitor represent you is your best bet!
